George Napier



George accepts briefs in all areas of law. He has a particular interest in public law, commercial law, corporations law, and competition and consumer law.

Before coming to the Bar, George was a Senior Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer, where he worked on complex commercial and public law litigation. George was also the Associate to the Hon Justice Flick of the Federal Court of Australia in 2020 and 2021.

George holds a Master of Laws from Columbia Law School, from which he graduated with highest honours. George also holds a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney, a Juris Doctor from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales.

Sarah Bradbury



Sarah accepts briefs in all areas of law. She has a focus on commercial law and public law.

Before coming to the Bar, Sarah was the Associate to the Hon Chief Justice Kiefel at the High Court of Australia and a Senior Associate at Allens, where she worked on complex commercial litigation.  Sarah lectures at the University of Sydney in Contract Law and Remedies.

Sarah holds a Master of Laws (Hons) from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Sydney, where she graduated second in her class and received numerous prizes and scholarships. Sarah won the Australian and the International rounds of the Jessup Moot, and was named best oralist in each competition.

 

Christopher Chiam



Christopher accepts briefs in all areas of law, with a particular interest in commercial, equity, revenue, and public law.

Prior to coming to the Bar, Christopher was tipstaff to the Honourable Justice AJ Meagher of the NSW Court of Appeal and practised as a solicitor at Herbert Smith Freehills, where he worked primarily on complex commercial litigation. Christopher has also been a Teaching Fellow at the University of New South Wales.

Christopher holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales with First Class Honours and the University Medal, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) with Distinction. He also holds a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney, where he was awarded the Judge Samuel Redshaw Prize for administrative law. He has also published a number of articles in peer-reviewed law journals, including on the areas of administrative law, statutory construction, equity, and insolvency.
