Manu practises as a commercial barrister and accepts briefs to advise and appear in commercial disputes, corporations law, equity and trusts, competition and consumer law, insolvency, professional negligence and sports law matters.

Manu is particularly experienced in complex commercial proceedings, regulatory investigations and appeals and has appeared unled in judge-alone and jury trials in criminal matters.

Before coming to the Bar, Manu worked in the litigation team at Allens in Sydney and served as Tipstaff to the Honourable Justice D J Hammerschlag of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

Manu was named by Best Lawyers Australia 2026 as “One to Watch” in Sports Law, and before that in both Sports Law and Commercial Law.
