Madeleine accepts briefs in all areas of commercial and public law. She was admitted to practice in 2021 and called to the Bar in 2026.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Madeleine was the Associate to the Hon. Chief Justice Kiefel AC KC and Justice Beech-Jones SC of the High Court of Australia. She worked for the Solicitor-General of Western Australia, at the State Solicitor’s Office (WA), and most recently in commercial litigation at Arnold Bloch Leibler.
Madeleine holds a Master of Law from the University of Cambridge, and a Bachelor of Arts (First Class Honours) and Juris Doctor from the University of Western Australia. She has also published several peer-reviewed articles, including on constitutional law, contract law, tax and arbitration.
